Project Description:

The Discovery Project entitled “Multifunctional Structural Panels for Next-generation Infrastructure” is funded by the Australian Research Council (ARC) to support a full-time PhD student who will be undertaking research in Numerical Modelling of Sandwich Panels by developing new Laminate Theories and Constitutive Models, and their implementation within an advance Finite Element code.

Benefit: ARC PhD Fully-funded Scholarship – School of Civil, Environmental and Mining Engineering in the University of Adelaide, Australia

The scholarship will be for 3 years and has a stipend of $28,854 (indexed annually) per annum. It is likely to be tax-exempt, subject to Taxation Office approval.
